Account Manager – Data, Voice & Fixed Line (SB)

About the role

The Account Manager (SB) is responsible for driving growth across data, voice and fixed‑line services. You will acquire new customers, deepen relationships with existing accounts and ensure the successful delivery of telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver data, voice and fixed‑line installations according to assigned targets.
• Prospect and win new accounts (hunting) for all three service lines.
• Cross‑sell multiple products to both existing and new customers.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel with defined maturity levels for each line of business.
• Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence and plan sales interventions.
• Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client requirements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and sustain long‑lasting client relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in upselling and cross‑selling within a B2B environment.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of telecom services (data, voice, fixed line).
