Account Manager - B2B Sales

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive B2B sales and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and helping them maximise the value of our product.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with current B2B customers, delivering exceptional day‑to‑day service.
- Monitor and analyse customers’ product usage to identify opportunities for upselling and improvement.
- Coordinate multiple account‑management projects simultaneously while keeping meticulous attention to detail.
- Collect, track and interpret large data sets to support client decisions and internal reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a B2B environment.
- Graduation (bachelor’s degree) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders up to C‑level.
- Excellent prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
- Solid knowledge of mathematics, business administration, economics and accounting principles.
