About the role

LinkedIn is seeking an Account Director to act as a trusted adviser for customers in the Search and Staffing sector. The role focuses on delivering value through LinkedIn’s Talent solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across global accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Mitigate churn risk through a customer‑centric approach and confirm value throughout the engagement.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer value and revenue.
