Academic Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Academic Manager to lead the design and delivery of academic support and training across our network of preschools. The role ensures high‑quality curriculum implementation, monitors school performance and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an Academic Support & Training mechanism for all schools in the network.
• Evaluate academic performance of assigned schools and develop improvement plans.
• Create and update training content for early childhood care and education stages.
• Coordinate with schools to maintain curriculum standards and lesson‑plan adherence.
• Prepare and manage training calendars to ensure franchisees receive timely training.
• Conduct training sessions for counsellors, centre heads and business partners at various levels.
• Maintain service‑level adherence, handle complaints and ensure timely coordination.
• Set academic audit and compliance parameters and monitor uniform quality across the preschool network.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably in Home Science, Human Development or ECCE.
• 2‑4 years of experience in preschool or early learning environments.
• Experience in training and development, including education or soft‑skill training.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 15‑20 days per month).
