About the role

Indian Oil Marketing Division (IOCL) Western Region is offering 500 apprenticeship positions for the year 2020 under the Apprentices Act 1961. Candidates with ITI or Diploma qualifications can join as Technical or Non‑Technical Apprentices across various trades and engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers and technicians in daily operational tasks.
• Participate in maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting activities related to your trade.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards on the job site.

Required profile

• Completed ITI or Diploma in the relevant discipline.
• Eligibility to work in India.
• Willingness to undergo a written test and document verification.

Required skills

• Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil or Electronics engineering fundamentals (for Technician Apprentices).
• Fitting, Electrical work, Machining, Instrument handling (for Trade Apprentices).
• Basic accounting principles (for Accountant Apprentice).
• Data entry proficiency (for Data Entry Operator Apprentice).
