Workato Consultant

About the role

As a Workato Consultant within the Infosys consulting team, you will work closely with clients in the Energy, Oil & Gas sector to diagnose challenges, design innovative integration solutions and drive successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements, identify pain points and propose tailored Workato‑based solutions.
• Develop and own sections of proposal documents, providing input on solution design.
• Plan and execute configuration activities, set up the product according to design specifications, and run conference‑room pilots.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, proof‑of‑technology workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets.
• Lead small‑scale projects and contribute to unit‑level initiatives to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and logical thinking with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of latest technology trends.
• Understanding of financial processes, project pricing models and ability to assess and improve existing processes.
• Experience in client interfacing, project and team management, preferably within the Energy or Oil & Gas domain.
