WordPress Developer – Dynamic Scalable Website (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a WordPress Developer to create a high‑performance, scalable website based on an existing layout reference. The role is fully remote and requires building dynamic templates and a structured architecture to support multiple locations and service pages.

Key responsibilities

• Build the website using WordPress with a custom theme or heavily customized setup.
• Replicate the reference layout while applying new content and branding.
• Develop a dynamic page system for services and locations using reusable templates.
• Optimize the site for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
• Set up basic integrations such as forms, tracking, and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of web development experience.
• Availability to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Current employees are automatically disqualified.
• Full‑time remote work with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Strong WordPress development experience.
• Custom Post Types (CPT) implementation.
• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or similar tools.
• Creation of dynamic templates and scalable page structures.
• Performance optimization and responsive design knowledge.
• Ability to build systems supporting 50–100+ pages.
