Windows/VMware/Active Directory Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Windows/VMware/Active Directory Administrator to provide L1/L2 support for our Windows Server environment. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring system stability, and delivering timely support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) environments.
• Manage Active Directory tasks such as user creation, group policy updates, and access management.
• Perform routine VMware administration, including VM provisioning, snapshots, and monitoring.
• Handle incident and service requests through ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Remedy) while meeting SLA targets.
• Monitor system health, conduct basic troubleshooting, and maintain patching, updates, and antivirus compliance.
• Support backup and restore activities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, request, and change management.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory (users, groups, GPO).
• Exposure to VMware technologies (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
• Understanding of networking basics such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
