Windows/Linux Server Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Windows/Linux Server Administrator to manage and support our enterprise‑grade server environment. You will work on both on‑premise and hybrid infrastructures, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for critical business services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and patch OS‑level services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SSH, and security controls.
• Automate server provisioning, backup strategies, and configuration management using PowerShell, Bash, Ansible or Puppet.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to align server architecture with CI/CD pipelines and container workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Respond to critical incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to reduce MTTR and meet SLA targets.
• Document system configurations, change logs, and operational runbooks to ensure audit readiness and team scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of on‑premise and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Proven ability to automate tasks and work closely with DevOps teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to incident management.
