Wholesale Store Pharmacist & Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to lead our wholesale store operations in Varanasi. The role combines pharmacy expertise with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, inventory control and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process wholesale orders for medicines, surgicals and medical devices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Provide professional advice to retail chemist clients and address product inquiries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to manage product availability.
• Train and mentor store staff on standard operating procedures, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Monitor adherence to pharmaceutical safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with relevant licensure.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in retail or wholesale pharmacy environments.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and guide staff on processes and compliance.
