About the role
The Resident Doctor (RMO) will join our medical teams across various hospitals in India, providing high‑quality patient care in intensive care units. This full‑time position involves direct clinical responsibilities and collaboration with senior physicians.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor critically ill patients in ICU settings.
- Conduct patient examinations, order and interpret investigations, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
- Document clinical findings accurately and maintain patient records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to treatment planning.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and infection‑control standards.
Required profile
- Medical degree (MBBS) with a valid registration.
- Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in an intensive care unit.
- Willingness to work in multiple locations such as Chandouli, Delhi, Bangalore, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
Required skills
- Clinical assessment and emergency management.
- Ventilator and life‑support equipment handling.
- Interpretation of laboratory and imaging results.
