Wedding Decor Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Wedding Decor Designer to join our boutique luxury wedding brand in Jaipur. The role involves turning clients’ visions into immersive, beautifully styled wedding environments while collaborating closely with planners, vendors and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design wedding décor based on the client’s vision, preferences, and budget.
• Develop mood boards, colour palettes, décor concepts and presentation decks for client pitches and approvals.
• Create detailed décor layouts, styling plans and visual references for different wedding functions.
• Research emerging décor trends, materials, florals and design inspirations to craft unique experiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, production teams and execution partners to ensure designs are executed as envisioned.
• Conduct venue visits to understand the space and develop customized décor concepts.
• Work closely with the planning team to ensure décor aligns seamlessly with the overall wedding experience.
• Assist during on‑site setup and oversee décor execution to maintain quality and design standards.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail, colour, styling and spatial design.
• Experience in wedding décor, event design, interior styling or a related creative field.
• Ability to translate client ideas into visually compelling concepts.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
