Web Developer – Shopify & Ecommerce

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer to build and maintain the digital experiences that power a portfolio of ecommerce brands and internal tools. You will work on Shopify storefronts, custom applications, and AI‑driven workflows, collaborating with designers, marketers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Shopify storefronts and custom ecommerce functionality.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Translate design mockups into production‑ready websites.
• Create custom features, integrations and internal business applications.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and external platforms.
• Troubleshoot bugs, improve stability and optimize performance, SEO and accessibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Work closely with marketing and ecommerce teams to launch new features and campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional web development experience, preferably with Shopify.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with Shopify development, Liquid templating and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Comfortable using Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
