Senior Solution Architect – Mumbai

About the role

Elastic is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to drive technical engagements across its Mumbai territory. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve business challenges with the Elastic Stack and AI‑powered search solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned accounts and collaborate with account managers.
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic’s offerings meet those needs.
• Build value‑based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Participate in all sales phases from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products and solutions in sales meetings, meetups and conferences.
• Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Onboard, educate and enable partners, supporting them throughout sales cycles.
• Provide feedback to engineering and leadership as the voice of customers and the community.

Required profile

• Proven success in a technical presales role with the ability to earn customer trust.
• Track record of articulating and selling modern platforms, software and technologies.
• Continuous learner who invests in personal and professional growth.
• Experience designing architectures that solve business problems and outpace competitors.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to inspire both small and large groups.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % within the region and occasionally internationally.
