About the role
Olive Sky Innovations Group is seeking a senior Web Developer & IT Technology Manager to design, build, and maintain modern digital ecosystems. The role blends full‑stack development with infrastructure management, ensuring high‑performance, SEO‑friendly websites for a fast‑moving agency environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Code, test, launch, and maintain live projects from start to finish.
- Manage hosting, domains, servers, and deployment pipelines (cPanel, cloud platforms).
- Optimize site speed, performance, and technical SEO.
- Build scalable digital systems and integrations (CRM, APIs, automation).
- Oversee agency‑wide tech infrastructure, including security and troubleshooting.
- Implement AI‑enabled tools, motion/UI animations, and funnel/landing‑page optimizations.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of experience in web development, preferably in agencies or startups.
- Proven track record of live websites and digital projects.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and technical SEO.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- WordPress, Webflow, Shopify
