Web Developer – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Web Developer to join our team in Valancheri. You will design, develop and maintain responsive websites that meet client requirements and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement front‑end interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Develop and integrate back‑end functionality, work with server‑side languages, databases and APIs.
• Optimize website performance and ensure cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, digital marketing specialists and other team members.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews and maintain documentation.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end development and web design skills.
• Experience with back‑end development, application security and database integration.
• Ability to manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Problem‑solving and debugging capabilities with a focus on clean, well‑documented code.
• Effective communication, collaboration and time‑management skills.
