About the role

The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring that incoming materials are received, stored correctly, and that outgoing orders are prepared accurately and on time. This role supports daily operations and contributes to a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment while following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Assist with inventory control activities and report any discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor promptly.

• Physical ability to handle manual lifting and operate warehouse equipment safely.
