About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor to lead manual warehouse operations at our APM Terminals facility. The role involves overseeing activities such as unloading, picking and packing, ensuring smooth workflow and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily unloading, picking and packing tasks performed by warehouse staff.
• Coordinate team schedules and allocate resources to meet operational targets.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and workflow performance.
• Identify and address any operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
