Warehouse Operations Specialist (EPU)

About the role

The Warehouse EPU is responsible for managing material flows in and out of the warehouse, overseeing shift operations and coordinating with the IR team to ensure efficient depot activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform receipt, issuance, and dispatch of goods, recording movements in SAP.
• Verify material against invoices, handle loading/unloading, and conduct kitting for maintenance orders.
• Execute monthly physical cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy in SAP.
• Manage overall shift operations, including storage maintenance, NCR handling, and in‑house repairs.
• Coordinate daily depot activities with cross‑functional teams and maintain 5S standards.

Required profile

• Graduation or Diploma (BE).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Agile, responsible, and a team player.

Required skills

• Warehouse operation management.
• SAP MM & IM modules.
• Microsoft Office – Word and Excel.
