About the role
The Shipping Documentation Officer provides essential administrative support to senior management, ensuring that all shipping and related documentation is accurately processed, filed, and maintained. This role contributes to smooth office operations and helps the company manage its logistics documentation efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with senior management to deliver administrative assistance.
- Scan, upload, and file media files and documents in both soft and hard copy formats.
- Organise and categorise name cards, office supplies, and company calendars.
- Maintain and update company databases and confidential filing systems.
- Prepare regular expense reports, office budgets, and presentations with statistical data.
- Handle correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and schedule in‑house or external events.
- Book meeting rooms and manage office policies as needed.
Required profile
- Experience providing administrative support to senior staff.
- Ability to manage confidential documents and maintain organized filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail for scanning, uploading, and reporting tasks.
- Proficiency in handling office supplies, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
