Warehouse Operations Officer (cGMP)

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Officer ensures that all warehouse activities comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal SOPs. This role supports audit readiness, maintains clean and organized storage areas, and coordinates material flow to production.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cGMP records and follow cGMP practices in the warehouse.
• Ensure cleanliness of CNC and Grade D areas and equipment according to SOPs/EOPs.
• Prepare for internal and external audits.
• Execute SAP transactions and use the WiND system for dispensing.
• Apply good documentation practices and complete e‑log entries for equipment.
• Transfer dispensed materials to users/production following defined procedures.
• Calibrate and verify weighing balances in warehouse areas.
• Perform periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper segregation, storage, and cold‑chain packaging of materials.
• Complete required training on SOPs/EOPs and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Handle receipt and issuance of DSCell bank materials and maintain accurate PAS‑X and SAP entries.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in a regulated warehouse environment.
• Post‑graduation in Chemistry.
• Demonstrated competencies in strategic agility, innovation, customer centricity, talent development, and result orientation.
