Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse & Operations Associate to manage day‑to‑day activities across our Ahmedabad hub and field locations. You will ensure smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of agricultural products while maintaining strict inventory accuracy and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and godown operations, including receiving, unloading, stacking, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain systematic storage of agri‑products, raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, applying FIFO/FEFO where required.
• Monitor inward and outward stock movement, conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock verifications, and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of stock and packaging materials, obtain quotations, and benchmark pricing.
• Prepare dispatch documents, manage loading with transporters, and track delivery status to centres, retailers and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO and fire‑safety regulations, and report any operational or safety issues.
• Maintain registers, generate daily operation reports, and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Experience supervising warehouse or godown activities.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, transporters and internal teams.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as FSSAI and ISO.
