Warehouse and Logistics Manager

About the role

Agarwal Group of Publications is looking for an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead its warehouse operations in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. You will ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, and effective coordination with vendors and delivery partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing workflow, from creation to packaging and dispatch for B2C and B2B customers.
• Conduct random checks to verify order accuracy and maintain up‑to‑date internal software records.
• Oversee transport providers, delivery executives, and e‑commerce pickups, monitoring performance and negotiating cost‑effective rates.
• Resolve delivery issues and grievances promptly.
• Recruit, train, and schedule warehouse staff to optimise efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience managing warehouse activities.
• Strong technical aptitude for handling Excel spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude, resilience and the ability to work independently.
