Warden – Facility Management

About the role

The Warden will be based on‑site in Khed and will manage the day‑to‑day operations, safety and discipline of a designated facility such as a hostel, residential block or institutional premises. This full‑time position ensures a secure, hygienic and well‑organized environment for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit of residents and visitors, maintaining accurate attendance and occupancy logs.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with housekeeping and security teams.
• Respond to emergencies, follow evacuation protocols and complete incident reports.
• Support basic welfare needs of residents and mediate minor conflicts professionally.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and visitor management.

Required profile

• Experience in facility supervision, hostel or boarding management, or similar residential environment.
• High school diploma; additional training or certification in facility management, safety or administration is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities, integrity and reliability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, staff and management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts on‑site in Khed.
