Wall Painter – On-site Position in Ghosi

About the role

Reollo Investment Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Wall Painter to join its construction team in Ghosi. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing and finishing interior and exterior surfaces to deliver high‑quality paint work that meets project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare walls and other surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes, and apply primers as required.
• Mix paints and select appropriate coatings, then apply them using brush, roller, or spray equipment.
• Follow drawings, colour specifications, and project instructions to achieve consistent, smooth finishes.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in good condition and ensure compliance with safety and site regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades, report daily progress, and complete tasks within assigned timelines while minimizing waste and rework.

Required profile

• Practical experience in wall painting, including surface preparation and finishing.
• Ability to read basic drawings, instructions, and colour specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, steady hand‑eye coordination, and ability to produce neat work on varied surfaces.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, including safe use of ladders, scaffolding, tools, and personal protective equipment.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, work at heights, and lift or move materials as needed.
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork orientation.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred; vocational training or apprenticeship is an advantage.
