About the role
Fidelity National Financial is conducting a walk-in drive in Bangalore to recruit Title Search Analysts, Senior Analysts and Specialists. The position involves conducting comprehensive title searches, examining ownership records and preparing accurate title reports for real-estate transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform current owner, two-owner, update and full title searches using designated software.
- Examine title documents, verify ownership chains and identify any encumbrances.
- Prepare detailed title examination reports and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Maintain high-speed, accurate data entry and documentation.
Required profile
- 1–6 years of hands-on experience in title search and examination.
- Previous experience with title search tools and procedures.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Educational qualification may be any PUC/Diploma/UG/PG.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Title Point, Data Trace, Tapestry, Doxpop, LandX, SoftPro Select, Netronline, TDI and Integrity.
- Strong knowledge of title search processes and related documentation.
