VP/Director of Revenue Operations (US Shift) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic VP/Director of Revenue Operations to lead our US‑shift revenue strategy. This remote position focuses on driving growth, optimizing customer success processes, and ensuring data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute revenue‑focused strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and refine Customer Success strategies for the US market.
• Design performance metrics to monitor and improve Customer Success team outcomes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes.
• Oversee CRM workflow, ensuring data accuracy and effective utilization.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
• Provide insights to leadership based on revenue trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape.
• Stay current on industry best practices and adapt strategies proactively.

Required profile

• Proven success in revenue operations, Customer Success strategy, and GTM development.
• Strong background in the SaaS industry.
• Experience building performance measurement frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working US‑shift hours (6:30 pm – 3:30 am IST).
