About the role

The Process Associate will support the Voice Process team by handling customer interactions through email and chat within the Order‑to‑Cash domain. This entry‑level position is designed for recent Arts & Science graduates and focuses on delivering high‑quality service while maintaining accurate data records.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via email and chat, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Enter, update, and manage customer and transaction data across multiple systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior support when needed.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain documentation.

Required profile

  • Fresh graduate (2024 or 2025) from Arts & Science stream.
  • Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
