Voice Process Agent – Outbound Calling

About the role
Scorelabs is looking for a motivated Voice Process Agent to join its outbound calling team in Begumpet. You will engage prospective customers, understand their needs and promote suitable products or services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers using assigned leads.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with prospective customers.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead follow‑ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet business and service objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in any voice process (candidates with +2 qualification) or fresh graduate.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good customer‑handling, persuasion and relationship‑building skills.
- Target‑oriented, disciplined and able to work independently.
