About the role

We are seeking a motivated Visa Counselor to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves guiding clients through visa processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.
• Review and verify visa applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to facilitate application progress.
• Monitor changes in visa regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.
• Participate in company events and travel as needed for visa‑related activities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in visa counseling or immigration consultancy (freshers welcome).
• Strong understanding of visa regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for company events and client meetings.
