Vice President – Stock Loan Transformation (Product Support & Services)

About the role

The Stock Loan Transformation team at Morgan Stanley delivers strategic change across the Stock Loan operational function. As Vice President, you will lead initiatives that protect revenue, ensure regulatory compliance, drive cost efficiencies, and mitigate risk while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Cover strategically traded short‑positions and deliveries arising from failed settlements.
• Liaise with day‑to‑day Stock Loan operations to drive process improvements and answer ad‑hoc queries.
• Coordinate technology changes between global operations and development teams.
• Develop strong relationships with IT to design, develop, and implement technology platforms.
• Track and review project progress, assess risks, and provide status updates to senior management.
• Collect, assess, and document business requirements, prioritize implementations, and advise on solution alternatives.
• Own assigned projects or streams, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
