Vice President Human Resources

About the role

The Vice President Human Resources will lead the HR function for Carzonrent India, shaping strategy and people practices to support rapid growth. Based in Delhi, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with senior leadership to build an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, update and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession management.
• Design competitive benefits programs and manage their administration.
• Implement and optimise HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and actionable reporting.
• Drive performance management, learning and development programs.
• Monitor labour law compliance and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level HR leadership experience, preferably in large or multi‑location organisations.
• Proven expertise in HR policy design, compliance and employee relations.
• Strong background in benefits design, talent acquisition and succession planning.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS implementation and HR analytics.
• Post‑graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
