About the role

The Value Creation Strategist works at the intersection of private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and the operational teams that build solutions. The role focuses on translating complex business challenges into AI‑driven products that are delivered and operated in a live environment.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with private equity fund managers, portfolio company operators, and development teams to identify high‑impact business problems.
Design and oversee the implementation of AI solutions that address those problems and can be deployed at scale.
Manage the end‑to‑end delivery process, ensuring projects move from concept to live operation.
Act as a bridge between strategic objectives and technical execution, maintaining alignment with value‑creation goals.

Required profile

2–4 years of experience in consulting, private equity, or high‑performance delivery environments.
Proven ability to own projects from inception through delivery and operational hand‑over.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort navigating ambiguous, data‑rich problems.
