UT Welders & Fitters – Full‑time Production Role

About the role

Polyhose India Pvt Ltd is seeking skilled UT Welders and Fitters for a full‑time, on‑site position in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on high‑quality welding, component fitting, and ultrasonic non‑destructive testing to ensure structural integrity of hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform arc, TIG and MIG welding according to engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Fit components precisely, maintaining dimensional accuracy and structural standards.
• Conduct ultrasonic testing and other NDT methods to detect weld defects and implement corrective actions.
• Interpret technical specifications, maintain welding equipment, and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Document work, report issues, and collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing welding environments.
• Ability to work safely with various welding power sources and setups.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and housekeeping.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
