US Recruiter – Technical & Non‑IT (Night Shift)

About the role

SPECTRAFORCE India is seeking motivated recruiters to support US staffing needs from our Mohali office. The position operates on a night shift and involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for both IT and non‑IT roles across a range of technical domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for US clients, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for IT specialties such as Cloud, DevOps, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Systems Administration.
• Recruit for non‑IT positions including engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, and administrative roles.
• Collaborate with direct clients and VMS platforms to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment or 6 months to 4 years in non‑IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.
• Experience working with direct clients and VMS platforms.
