About the role

We are seeking US‑licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants or Medical Doctors to deliver family‑medicine care to patients remotely. The position is fully virtual and serves patients located in the United States.

Key responsibilities

Conduct telehealth consultations for family‑medicine and primary‑care patients.
Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records.
Coordinate follow‑up care and referrals as needed.
Adhere to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements of New York or New Jersey.
Work scheduled shifts covering weekdays and weekends.

Required profile

Current license to practice in New York (NY) or New Jersey (NJ).
Experience in family medicine or primary‑care settings.
Comfortable providing care via telehealth platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
