US Legal Recruiter (Remote Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our US Recruitment team. This fully remote position based in Noida works US night‑shift hours and supports leading US law firms in hiring attorneys and other legal professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for US legal roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter and other job boards.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against practice‑area requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and US clients.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for US law firms or legal staffing agencies.
• Strong knowledge of US legal practice areas such as Litigation, Corporate Law, Real Estate, Family Law, etc.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently on US business hours.
