US IT Recruiter (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the United States, based in our Lucknow office. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing IT professionals while collaborating closely with clients and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Analyze job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and permanent positions.
• Negotiate compensation, rates, and employment terms.
• Maintain candidate databases and ATS records.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Ensure compliance with US employment and recruitment regulations.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and client expectations.

Required profile

• 6 months to 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles for various contract types.
• Strong understanding of US employment and recruitment regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to meet recruitment targets and maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines.
