US IT Recruiter (Fresher) – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Hyderabad office as US IT Recruiters on a night‑shift schedule. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who want to start a career in US staffing and talent acquisition while gaining hands‑on experience in the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and assess qualifications against US IT job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate skills, experience and availability.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and US clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment databases.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Provide regular follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of recruitment or IT concepts (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work the US night‑shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and passion for recruitment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
• Any graduate (2024, 2025, or recent pass‑outs); freshers are welcome.
