About the role
We are looking for a proactive US IT / NON IT Recruiter to join our team on a night shift. The role is based at Ashar IT Park in Thane and offers a dynamic environment where you will help build our talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for both IT and non‑IT positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support the end‑to‑end hiring process.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Required profile
- Graduate from any stream.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Passion for recruitment and people interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
