About the role
We are looking for a dedicated US IT / NON IT Recruiter to join our team in Thane. The role involves full‑cycle recruitment for both technical and non‑technical positions, working night shifts to support our global hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT and non‑IT roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and assist throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
Required profile
- Graduate from any stream.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Passion for recruitment and people interaction.
- Past experience in recruitment is required.
Required skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
What we offer
- Pickup and drop facility.
- Immediate joining (within 15 days).
- Night shift schedule (6 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday).
