Unskilled Team Member – Security & Facility Support

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports security, housekeeping and facility management activities at our Dharmapuri site. You will work under supervision, following clear instructions to help maintain a safe and orderly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance tasks as directed.
• Assist security personnel by monitoring entrances, reporting unusual activity and helping with crowd control.
• Support the setup, arrangement and upkeep of premises according to supervisor guidance.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and cooperate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions, learn on the job and complete tasks accurately under supervision.
• Basic communication skills in the local language and understanding of simple safety guidelines.
• Physical capability to walk, stand for long periods, lift light loads and perform routine cleaning.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum basic education (primary or secondary schooling) preferred; prior experience in security, housekeeping or facility services is an advantage.
• Commitment to professional appearance and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
