UKG Pro WFM Consultant

About the role

Join the Infosys consulting team as a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant, focusing on delivering end‑to‑end solutions for time, attendance, scheduling and payroll integration. You will work closely with clients to diagnose issues, design innovative configurations, and ensure successful deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Absence Management.
• Develop and maintain pay rules, accrual policies, and workflow configurations.
• Build and manage integrations with Oracle, Workday, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms using APIs and Dell Boomi.
• Conduct system audits, ensure data integrity, and provide end‑user training and documentation.
• Lead small projects, conduct solution demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM or Kronos.
• Strong knowledge of API integration and Dell Boomi.
• Experience with Hyperfinds, Data Views, Access Profiles, and reporting tools.
