UAE Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our tax advisory team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on UAE corporate tax and transfer pricing compliance, supporting both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Local File, Master File and Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Conduct functional (FAR) analysis and evaluate related‑party transactions for arm‑length compliance.
• Perform benchmarking studies, comparable company searches and economic analyses using transfer‑pricing databases.
• Draft transfer‑pricing reports, disclosure forms, intercompany agreements and internal policies.
• Assist clients with pricing compliance, tax planning and restructuring assignments.
• Analyze transfer‑pricing implications under UAE Corporate Tax Law and support broader corporate‑tax advisory projects.
• Review related‑party transactions for compliance with UAE corporate‑tax rules.
• Prepare technical memos, client presentations and conduct health‑check reviews.
• Coordinate directly with UAE clients, attend virtual meetings, respond to queries and collaborate with overseas teams.
• Research OECD guidelines, UAE Ministry updates and emerging international transfer‑pricing developments.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in transfer pricing, corporate tax or related advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE transfer‑pricing regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad with regular office hours (11:00 AM‑08:00 PM).
