About the role
We are looking for an energetic and target‑driven Travel Sales Specialist to join our Holiday Sales team. The role focuses on converting travel enquiries into bookings while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international holiday enquiries and prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Upsell hotels, activities, transfers and other travel services to maximise booking value.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with product and operations teams for smooth execution.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Travel & Tourism sales, preferably in holiday, FIT or customized travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations and target‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Effective use of WhatsApp and email for customer communication.
