Travel Consultant

About the role

Jomotel Hotels is seeking a Travel Consultant to join its Rohini team. The role focuses on advising guests, designing personalized itineraries and coordinating stays across the brand’s boutique properties and partner destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert travel advice and create customized itineraries for guests.
• Manage bookings, reservations, modifications and cancellations using internal reservation systems.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and deliver high‑quality customer support.
• Recommend additional experiences and add‑on services to enhance stays.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end travel experiences.
• Monitor property availability and work with internal travel management tools.

Required profile

• Strong background in travel consulting and travel management.
• Proven experience handling travel arrangements, reservations and cancellations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rohini, manage multiple tasks and cooperate with cross‑functional hospitality teams.
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel agencies or tourism is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
