Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Rohini, promoting Jomotel’s boutique hotels and villas to corporate clients, travel partners and direct guests. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing relationships and achieving sales targets while ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, meetings and networking.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate rates and contracts, and follow up to close bookings.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to guarantee smooth guest stays.
• Represent the brand at local events, trade shows and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, business development or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rohini, visit clients locally and manage multiple leads.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or reservation systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard email tools.
• Basic sales reporting capabilities.
