Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Consultant to join our team in Delhi. The role focuses on selling international tour packages, creating tailored itineraries, and providing excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up to date on the latest travel industry news, cultural events, and emergency situations.
• Sell travel packages for international destinations.
• Plan itineraries that align with clients’ budgets and preferences.
• Respond to client emails and calls, addressing questions and concerns about travel plans.
• Assist clients with last‑minute changes or updates to their itineraries.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling international tour packages.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Familiarity with current travel trends, popular vacation spots, and activities.
• Previous experience with a travel agency or related company is preferred.
• Knowledge of international or CIS destinations.
• Ability to handle client interactions, itinerary creation, costing, and package sales independently.
• Graduation not mandatory.
