Travel Consultant

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Travel Consultant to join our on‑site team in Ahmedabad. In this role you will guide customers through every step of their journey, from initial inquiry to post‑travel follow‑up, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including reservations, ticketing and hotel bookings.
- Design personalized itineraries that match client preferences and budgets.
- Respond promptly to travel‑related inquiries and provide expert advice.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels and tour operators to secure optimal rates and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.
Required profile
- Proven experience in travel consulting, travel management or a related hospitality role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an on‑site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
