Key responsibilities

• Research and develop customized travel itineraries that meet client needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of domestic and international airlines, hotels, and car‑rental providers.
• Make hotel, flight, and car‑rental reservations.
• Assist clients with passport and visa processing.
• Monitor market trends to secure the most competitive rates.
• Provide helpful travel advice and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work well with customers and colleagues.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
